FROM YOUR BRIEF TO YOUR PROGRAMME

Start with the capability you need.

A useful training proposal begins with who will attend, the work they do and the decisions they need to make.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your team.

Share the audience, current challenges, priority topics, group size and preferred dates.

  2. 02

    Shape the programme.

Discuss the learning objectives, content, level and format. The proposal sets out the agreed scope, arrangements and fees.

  3. 03

    Connect learning to action.

Use explanations, cases and exercises to build understanding. Agree action planning or follow-up support where relevant to the scope.

BEFORE YOU ENQUIRE

A few practical questions.

Can the training be tailored to our organisation?

Yes. Share the roles and experience of participants, priority topics and the decisions you want the training to support. IPA can discuss relevant content, examples and exercises as part of the proposal.

Does everyone need a finance background?

No. IPA’s offering includes finance for non-finance professionals, employee financial wellness and introductory investment education, alongside development for accounting and finance teams. The appropriate level is agreed for the audience.

What if we have fewer than 20 participants?

Explore the scheduled workshops for individual and group bookings, or contact IPA to discuss a suitable option for your team.

How are the dates, delivery and fees agreed?

Send your preferred dates, location or delivery format, group size and topics. IPA will discuss these with you and set out the arrangements and fees in the proposal.

LET’S PLAN YOUR TRAINING

What would stronger financial capability look like for your team?

Tell us what your people need to understand or do more confidently. We’ll use your brief to discuss a suitable programme.
