About Insight Partners Africa

Financial knowledge shaped by practice.

Established in Zambia in 2013, IPA helps individuals and organisations move from financial information to informed action through investment education, financial wellness, corporate training and advisory support.

Insight Partners Africa team

Our evolution

From financial management to confident financial decisions.

Insight Partners Africa was established in Zambia in 2013, initially operating as SME Accounting Services Ltd. Our early work placed us close to the financial realities faced by businesses: cash-flow pressure, reporting challenges, tax obligations, financial controls and the need for better decisions.

That experience shaped the organisation we are today. We saw that individuals, employees, managers and business owners needed more than financial information. They needed clear explanations, locally relevant examples and practical tools that would help them act.

IPA grew from an accounting and business-finance foundation into a provider of investment education, employee financial wellness, corporate finance training and advisory support.

We translate technical financial knowledge into tools, learning and decisions people can use in real life.

What we do

Our work combines professional financial knowledge with programme design, clear communication and locally relevant application.
